This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") describes how SentinelFalcon processes personal data on behalf of clients when delivering services.
This agreement applies when SentinelFalcon processes personal data as a data processor on behalf of a client acting as the data controller.
SentinelFalcon may use artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of digital business solutions.
Personal Data
Any information relating to an identifiable individual.
Processing
Any operation performed on personal data including collection, storage, use, or transmission.
Controller
The entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
Processor
The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
In most cases:
Client = Data Controller
SentinelFalcon = Data Processor
SentinelFalcon may process personal data in order to provide services such as:

➡️ CRM integrations
➡️ Marketing automation workflows
➡️ AI chatbot or voice agent systems
➡️ Advertising campaign tracking
➡️ Analytics and reporting
Depending on the services used, personal data processed may include:

➡️ Email addresses
➡️ Phone numbers
➡️ Business information
➡️ Website usage data
➡️ Lead information submitted through forms
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:
➡️ Delivering the services requested by the client
➡️ Operating marketing and automation systems
➡️ Supporting client customer communications
➡️ Providing analytics and performance insights
SentinelFalcon implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from:
➡️ Unauthorized access
➡️ Data loss
➡️ Misuse
➡️ Alteration or disclosure
SentinelFalcon may use third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to deliver services.
These may include:
➡️ Hosting providers
➡️ CRM platforms
➡️ Marketing automation systems
➡️ Advertising platforms
➡️ Analytics services
➡️ AI technology providers
All subprocessors are expected to maintain appropriate data protection measures.
Where applicable under privacy laws, SentinelFalcon will assist clients in responding to requests from individuals regarding their personal data, including:

➡️ Correction requests
➡️ Deletion requests
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
Clients may request deletion of data when services end.
Because SentinelFalcon operates globally, personal data may be transferred to systems located outside the client’s country.
SentinelFalcon takes reasonable measures to ensure adequate protection of transferred data.
Upon termination of services, SentinelFalcon will, upon request and where feasible:
